To optimize network speed, request processing, and fast rendering of module pages by dynamic components, FTL specialists performed server-side rendering for a React application using Ruby on Rails. It optimized the process of working with applications in terms of constantly changing infrastructure and reducing the operational load on the server in further scaling the platform.

In deploying new modules, the project management decided to abandon the use of Rest in the API completely. The team of FTL team delivered on a completed a website development and integration project which helped to set the company apart from the competition. We received a great end-product under challenging to circumstances.

Only common types of QR codes, employee barcodes, were valid in the Tie Up Farming application previously. The emergence of a new potential customer of the SaaS system required the development of a new QR code type - the general barcode. Scanning of this code would allow tracking the harvest progress. The FTL team not only created an MVP for new codes types but also adapted the web application design to generate and track results with optimization for Front-End and Back-End CRM systems. It allowed improvement of the overall platform functionality to increase flexibility following the requirements of any agribusiness.

The introduction of a new scanned codes type required the development of a new scanning function without declining efficiency for other QR codes. The FTL team did research and implemented new patterns in the application. As a result, a user received the functionality necessary for the business. It enabled the tracking of harvest process and sending reports to the CRM system even in case of scanning without an Internet connection. So, Tie Up Farming got a new subscriber and became a provider of technical solutions for the largest avocado producer in the Australian region.

Optimization of мobile scanning barcodes user flow

Besides the harvest progress, Tie Up Farming customers also needed to monitor their fields remotely.  FTL specialists have developed a Quality control form for this purpose. The user of the web application can select the indicators of interest for the state of crops or harvest in the fields through it. The generated checklist, which the responsible employee in the areas receives through the mobile application, is filled out and transmitted in the form of a report to the CRM system to the appropriate department. As a result, platform users can track the quality of rises, ripening, pest threats through a mobile application.

After changing the marketplace architecture, there was a need to customize the panel in such a way that all settings of the festival would automatically display in the visitor's page. So, numerous settings and functions allow you to organize an event entirely according to the tasks of the event maker. As a result, the user can get a ticket of different access levels in the personal account, sell or change a card, top up the balance in real-time with its instant upload to the bracelet. The visitor can view the history of transactions and purchases, and receive additional bonuses from the organizers during the event. The organizer can upload event reports using custom filters and parameters, considering the information from all visitors' tickets.

CRMs for events managing detailed customizations

With the development of the admin panel for individual event organizers, there was a need to create a custom panel for issuing tickets for visitors. The FTL team has developed a customizable ticket dashboard where organizers can create promotional codes, special offers, control the number of tickets and access levels (ticket types). Also, the managers run partner offers that a visitor can receive for the balance on the ticket bracelet. At the same time, there are options to automatically synchronize ticket stores with all organizers' offices on the event maker side and to upload to third-party platforms for sale in just two clicks.

Customizable and embeddable ticket shop

Although the organizer's admin panel and ticket store have a comprehensive, customizable functionality, it did not allow issuing access cards for staff serving festivals or VIP guests. The problem solution was a development based on Vuetify to simplify the interface of a separate control panel for working teams, that ensured managing tickets with customizable access levels for locations and entertainment. Its availability allowed the organizers to distinguish between visitors and groups, check-in guests by categories and zones, and also upload flexible reports with information about the team.

Accreditation tool for managing crews and guests

It's necessary to design modern, bright, and minimalistic application design nowadays. We aspired to the user-friendly and simple design of the app. That’s why we placed the "Add child" button on the main screen: it's the fastest way to add a child to the app. We also designed a user-friendly burger menu where the user can clearly understand how he can go back to the screen he came from and interact with menu items depending on his goals.

When the user taps on the child's preview on the main screen, he moves to the effectiveness, disciplines, and homework screens. We appreciate the time of the users, and that's why we attached a small banner with the overall effectiveness of the kid to the screen. We strived for the simplicity of the application design. In the payment section, the latest transactions are shown. Also, there is a possibility of sorting and paying by "Apple Pay" because it is a popular payment method nowadays. The user also can edit payment cards: removing or adding a new payment card is easy.
