HR Generalist

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as an HRG
  • Experience with employee satisfaction and engagement assessment tools, including conducting one-on-one meetings and processing feedback results.
  • Experience in developing and implementing employee development programs.
  • Experience in organizing corporate events and launching non-monetary motivation programs for employees.
  • Experience in conducting Exit Interviews and analyzing reasons for employee turnover.
  • Ability to advise and support managers in team leadership, talent management, and organizational development.
  • High level of autonomy and responsibility in task execution.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • English proficiency at B1 or higher.

As a plus

  • Degree in Human Resources or Management.
  • Experience with additional HR tools (Hurma, Notion).

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment process ownership (from job description to offer). Screening, interviews, offer preparation, coordination with recruiters and internal interviewers.
  • Organizing the onboarding process for new employees: conducting welcome meetings, providing support during the onboarding period, and leading the final onboarding review meeting.
  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with employees to assess their job satisfaction, career goals, and professional growth, documenting results and creating action plans.
  • Monitoring team morale through regular employee surveys (Engagement Survey).
  • Collaborating with managers to develop individual employee growth plans, overseeing their implementation, and organizing training sessions based on the established plans.
  • Identifying competency gaps and implementing development programs to enhance required skills and expertise (internal and external training, course selection).
  • Advising employees on compensation review processes.
  • Developing and implementing non-monetary motivation programs, engagement initiatives, and corporate culture support activities.
  • Managing internal communication with employees (administering general chats, sending congratulations for important employee events).
  • Analyzing employee turnover risks and participating in the development and implementation of retention strategies.
  • Managing the offboarding process: conducting Exit Interviews, analyzing reasons for leaving, and developing action plans to improve internal processes.
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all HR operational tasks in HRIS.
  • Maintaining up-to-date HR analytics on key metrics and providing regular reports.
  • Organizing employee documentation processes (consulting and coordinating employee actions).
  • Writing and renovation policies and guidelines for HR processes.
