We are growing, which is why we are opening the position of Sales Lead. We are looking for an ambitious, people- and business-oriented Sales Team Lead!

Requirements

  • 3 + years of relevant sales experience, including business development.
  • Proper native language (spoken and written), IT market knowledge, handy with technologies and alternatives.
  • Experience in building sales pipelines and optimizing sales funnels.
  • Excellent sales skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to establish business relationships.
  • Experience in using lead generation tools, CRMs (HubSpot).
  • Experience with In/Out bound sales.
  • Experience with UpWork.
  • Practice with LinkedIn + Sales Navigator.

As a plus

  • Base familiarity with web / mobile development concepts (what technologies exist, how they are applied, how long a project may take based on the client’s description, etc). Understanding of technical cycle development.
  • An existing network/database of potential prospects will be a huge bonus.
  • Experience of successful work experience in the field of IT marketing (outsourcing/outstaffing), which is confirmed by certain results: audience growth, increase in conversions, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for cold leads. Presentations, answering questions about the company’s services, etc.
  • Analyzing company services to increase sales.
  • Searching and establishing contacts with new customers (processing incoming requests, using active search tools, negotiating, concluding contracts).
  • Generate leads, negotiate contracts (with the help from CEO / CTO when necessary), and close deals.
  • Preparing effective sales models and participating in crafting the company’s marketing strategy.
  • Work directly with the top management to define the sales strategy and scenarios, including ICP, USP, sales scripts etc.
  • Work with the tech team to prepare/update the prerequisites (company website, social media accounts, pitch deck etc) once in a while in accordance with the chosen strategy.
