Sales Development Representative


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team.


  • Minimum of 1,5 years of experience in SDR position or other sales roles;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent English);
  • Basic IT market knowledge, handy with technologies and alternatives;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies;
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;
  • Effective communication skills, the ability to establish business relationships;
  • Proficiency in using tools like HubSpot (or alternative CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales automation & acceleration at scale/ , Linked Helper, UpWork, etc;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients;
  • Being highly self-motivated;
  • Passion for sales & professional growth within the direction.

As a plus

  • Experience in building sales pipelines and optimizing sales funnels;
  • Basic familiarity with web / mobile development concepts (what technologies exist, how they are applied, how long a project may take based on client’s description, etc);
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience in forming and working with databases of potential clients.


  • Contacting and qualifying potential clients (processing incoming requests, using active search tools to generate leads);
  • Managing leads through the sales pipeline by scheduling meetings between prospects and the sales team, preparing additional resources and following up on leads;
  • Prepare Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and multichannel outbound sequences using LinkedIn, email, or hybrid approaches to engage various target personas, including technical and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Perform “tech” sales (be able to act as a consultant to represent expertise) & set up sales pitch desk whenever necessary;
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals;
  • Use client's relationship management CRM Pipeline software to manage leads and sales activities;
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align prospecting strategies with the company's overall sales objectives.
