Requirements

11+ months of experience as HR/HRG/HRPP
Intermediate+ level of English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Being a proactive and result-oriented person
Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision
Work hard and party harder
Positive views of life
High empathy level
Ability to identify and understand people’s needs and problems

As a plus

Understanding of business processes used in IT companies

Responsibilities

Carry out onboarding, offboarding, one-on-ones processes
Conduct regular monitoring of the employee adaptation process
Create analytical reports and conduct surveys
Provide information and consulting support
Work on increasing employee satisfaction
Assist with the main activities within the HR department
Involvement in planning and support of strategic company goals
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
Work in/with the management team
Promote a positive attitude
Promote corporate culture and values
